Present perfect

The present perfect is a verb tense in the English language that narrates events that have already occurred at one point in the past but that continue to be relevant in the present.

simple past Tense-Structure

》AFFIRMATIVE    Subject + verb (in past form) + complement. _example: I saw a movie yesterday  》NEGATIVE    Subject + auxiliary verb(did) + negation + verb(infinitive)+ complement. _example: He didn't hear the telephone. 》INTERROGATIVE Auxiliary verb(did) + Subject + verb(infinitive)+ complement + ?.   _example:Did you have dinner last night?
